Day 1. Nairobi - Maasai Mara

Great Rift Valley
When to visit the park: July - October (herbivore
migrations), December - January (hottest season)
Climate: Gentle, rarely too hot and well spread rainfall
year round. Often milder and damper than in other regions
Altitude: 1 500m above sea level
Depart Nairobi in the morning for a journey south through
the floor of the Great Rift Valley. Picnic lunch at Narok.
Arrive Mara for late afternoon game viewing enroute. Early
evening game drive is taken. Dinner and overnight at

Day 2.Maasai Mara
Full day in the park in search of the Big Five. Meals and
overnight at campsite. overnight at manyatta campsite
Day 3. Mara - Nairobi
Morning game drive, After breakfast depart Mara for Nairobi
arriving late afternoon.
