Agent FAQs
Do you offer net rates or commission?
We work with both models. Most agents prefer net rates so they can mark up as they see fit. We can also work on a commission basis — just tell us your preference when you make your first enquiry and we'll set things up accordingly.
How quickly do you turn around quotations?
We aim to return fully costed itineraries within 24 hours of receiving a brief. For complex multi-country itineraries it may be slightly longer, but we'll always acknowledge your enquiry the same day and give you a realistic timeline.
What is your payment process?
We require a 30% deposit to confirm a booking, with the balance due 30 days before departure. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required upfront. We accept bank transfer and can invoice in USD, GBP or EUR on request.
What is your cancellation policy for agents?
More than 60 days before departure: full deposit refunded minus a small admin fee. 30–60 days: 50% non-refundable. Less than 30 days: 100% non-refundable. We always recommend your clients hold travel insurance with cancellation cover.
Can you handle visa and eTA applications?
We guide all clients through the Kenya eTA process and provide detailed instructions. We don't process applications on behalf of clients but we make sure they have everything they need well in advance and follow up to confirm approval.
Do you cater for luxury and high-end clients?
Yes. We have relationships with the best camps and lodges across Kenya and Tanzania — including private conservancy camps, exclusive-use properties and fly-in-only lodges. We can build itineraries at any price point from budget to ultra-luxury.
Can we visit your operations in Nairobi?
Absolutely — we welcome agent visits to our Nairobi office. If you're planning a familiarisation trip to Kenya or Tanzania, get in touch and we'll arrange to meet you, show you our operation and put together a complimentary guided fam itinerary if your schedule allows.
Is there a minimum number of bookings required?
No. We work with agents who send us one or two clients a year as well as those who send dozens. There is no minimum volume requirement. Every booking — regardless of size — gets the same attention and quality of service.
